3 Ingredient Melt In Your Mouth Shortbread Cookies | Recipe

Ingredients
8 TBSP unsalted Butter
1 cap full Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 - 1/2 Tsp salt (depends on your taste, I prefer 1/4 Tsp)
1/4 c granulated sugar
1 C. Flour

Bake on 325f until the bottoms are lightly brown

*Tip* Allow melted butter to cool for 5 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients for better cookie texture

Thanks for the recipe, it made about 10 cookies which was just enough. I added almost twice the sugar though. Had to bake for 18 minutes at 325°. Everything turned out great. Thanks again!
