I use a similar recipe. But I use 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract. Spray your cup with cooking spray before you put the peanut butter in.

Spraying the cup with oil spray will help the peanut butter come out easier. I would add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and top the cookies with a little bit of sugar.

I make them all the time. Tip: put sugar in the cup first. Peanut butter will slide out almost effortlessly. Don't forget the vanilla extract.

Spray Pam in your measuring cup the next time you measure peanut butter or honey and itll come out real easy. Thats what i do and it works like a charm.
