2/3 c Powder Sugar (85g)
1c soften butter ( 230g)

Mix until light and fluffy

2c (250g ) flour add in two

Mix until combined shape wrapped in plastic rest for 1hr, cut into desire shape bake

180°c 12 to 15mins

a quick tip, These turn out better when you make them on the thicker side. i made the mistake of making them too thin and burned them. The next time i made them it took much less than 15 minutes so just keep an eye on them. Overall really easy and great recipe

*Delicious recipe! Just made these, but I shaped them into a brick instead since I don't have a cookie cutter. After taking them out of the fridge, I sliced them into rectangles and used a fork to add tiny holes so they look like the perfect shortbread cookie! Thank you for sharing!* ♥ Jenny
