At the age of 14 I was having lot of acne on face and back and my 60% hair was grey I was really worried and went to doctor and doctor said that it's become normal nowadays and not to worry about it but I was sad all the time no confidence inside me due to this but after I watched fit tuber videos I came to know that my diet was horrible and my blood was full of toxins after I literally stopped all the junk food and ate only healthy food no sugar, maida oil etc and started working out daily almost a year i have almost recovered fully clear skin and almost 90% hair has turned black thank you to fit tuber to saying the root cause of my problem where even doctor didn't said it thanks a lot again ❤

Thank you Vivek for sharing this. Thw society needs to know this. My father was diagnosed as diabetic in 2010 and he was regularly taking lot of pills to control this. But none of the diabetic specialists told us this affects kidneys in the long run. We found his kidney disease unfortunately at the end stage only. He is suffering a lot and his everyday life is hell. People must not normalize being diabetic and convince themselves to be under pills everyday

My Aunt’s kidneys were failing since she had diabetes and her sugar was all the time high as she didn’t manage her diet properly and water used to fill up in her legs and body too. Her kidneys were failing and we had to take her to hospital every 3 months to remove the water from the body and for dialysis too in the final days and one day she finally passed away

I lost my dad to CKD (Chronic kidney disease)this month (August 2024), as rightly said, he developed sudden symptoms and was declared that his kidneys are damaged and require dialysis. He was going to dialysis 3 times a week but contracted bacterial infection in blood maybe from the dialysis procedures. He suffered a lot with low hémoglobine, RBC and low platelets. Please please please take care of yourself and your parents and don’t take a lot of medicines which will affect the kidneys. Dialysis is a curse no one should get. 🙏🏼
