My favorite exercises for glute growth:

Exercises:
Assisted pull-ups
Face pulls
Lat pull downs
Seated rows
Straight arm pulldowns
Bent over rows
Kneeling one arm rows
Deadlifts

Hypertrophy (muscle growth) recommendations:
3-5 sets
8-12 (or 15) reps
