Hey John, I am still curious if this style of training( only 1 set once a week per bodypart) is even good for building muscle? I still remember you doin 3 sets per bodypart 3 times per week for a big part of your training carreer. This seems to be superieur, isnt it? Have good Christmas days.

John, loneliness/fomo is eating me up man, mainly because I’m early 20s in a big city and spend my weekends alone. I can’t do martial arts because I’m recovering from an injury. What do you recommend?
