Hi Patrick, thanks for all the excellent content you put out! I trained MMA and BJJ for seven and a half years between from 2011 to 2018. I still do solo BJJ drills and heavy bag workouts. Your videos, aside from being enjoyable, are an excellent way to review techniques, learn new ones and get sound advice. Your channel's awesome! (Neil from Johannesburg, South Africa).

Hi from Aysia-Marie. What I found useful was the technical details.

The concept that a more skilled practitioner could increase the intensity by doing more skilled things was weirdly new to me but it makes a lot of sense. Also I learned that I may need to think about lowering my "skill" when practicing with new people to be a better training partner. Thanks for the video :).

Congratulation to acomprehensive overview, which should include motivation, selfanalysis and ercommended sports or hobbies. In my expereince people like doing martial arts untill they meet a better one. I would start emphasizing it at the very beginning. Paul.68.
