14:58 Actually, "Practice makes permanent." If you practice doing something incorrectly, you'll become "perfect" at doing it incorrectly. That said, the implication that one can get better at doing something by engaging in it is generally correct, as long as you are able to recognize (or have a peer point out) your missteps and learn from them.

Most often, missteps come from a lack of experience with a specific situation. Having experienced the situation, analyze it and critique yourself. Think about how else you could have handled it. Ask someone to review your self-critique (or, if they were present, ask for their own critique as well) and your ideas for the future. Internalize how you intend to handle the situation in the future. Then, you'll be better prepared the next time that situation arises. The more you do this, the fewer unexpected situations there will be, and the more "perfect" your facilitation will become.

Incredible! I have been conflating the terms instructor and facilitator so long that I really thought they were one in the same. This is a massive eye opening and just blows open the doors of creativity and imagination when meeting definitive objectives are based on group participation.
I’ll be saving and referencing this video as a standard. Thank you!

Definitely your face is a facilitator, perfect symmetry, outstanding features, permanent smile, even your talking, big Bollywood actress eyes, tiny nose, full lips, you must publish an audio book, hard to concentrate in the video. What can l do ?, men’s are visual.

Awesome information. Very useful. About trouble makers. They are not trouble makers - they are product testers, your idea testers, so they are on your side. The question is - how do you handle objections to your ideas? It requires flashing out your own logic. It is simply a challenge, a good thing. Awesome content. Good energy.
