I have a 2019 and just never did this because I thought it was going to be complicated pressing buttons a certain count and order etc... been there....bur you made it just as simple...Thanks!
it's nice when you want in and keys are inside...Part of this success is people learn in 3 ways- visual, audio, manual Visual people get this instantly .. it's not the same for all subjects

If you have 2 sets of keys you can get the factory code on dash display....use 1st key and switch to on (do not crank) count 4 seconds then switch and remove 1st key then insert 2nd key immediately and switch to on....factory code will appear on dash display

Now u added a code so the new code works and the factory one still works? Is there a way to disable the factory code and just have the new code active?? Buying a used truck so would like to change the factory code so only i have the code

I get to the point where I enter the factory code & hit enter, then nothing!
