Take your moody self to a Counselor. Use your pen-up energy in a gym or plant a garden. Trust God. Trust the process. Learn to trust God and yourself. Read the Bible and read other material. Get in a group of other strong faithful men. Love yourself and love others. Volunteer. Go back to school. Get some rest. Anything but tell me your range of emotions is simply normal. Your actions usually come with a reaction. And your family may not understand. Please get help. 🙏🏾

Not true my grandfather was faitgful and always kind hard working and peaceful. Its about a true nature of a man and the way he chooses to show up in a relationship. Relationship should be a island of peace care and pure love. Noone wants for a man to take his negativity out from him on his girl, thats an emotional abuse.
