The Do’s and Don'ts of Coughing, Sneezing, and Spitting

Coronavirus spreads when droplets from our noses and mouths enter another person’s eyes, nose, or mouth. Protect those around you by covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, avoiding spitting in public and blowing your nose into a tissue. Then wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
