Deep pushups on rings has one of the BEST bits of carryover I've ever seen.

Elevate feet on box, go past parallel to the floor to get a crazy bicep stretch.

Started at incline ring push-ups and I’ve progressed up to decline 20kg weighted for reps, I get a solid chest pump literally every time I touch rings on push day. Pike press on the rings has all of the benefits of rings as well. Been working out exclusively with rings for the past 4 months and I’m very satisfied with my progress 10/10 idk why this extremely versatile piece of equipment isn’t more popular

Wow Alex, just 1:30m into the video and you can see very clearly how your form and technique execution on the RTO dips and pushups has greatly improved. Even the thumbnail got me so hooked as you always struggled with the RTO. Great to see you put in the work and progress on the rings, well done and keep it up. Im very proud of you man!

I've been doing weighted ring dips for 2 years now, gonna finally add these in and just started doing weighted ring inverted rows. Crazy how much people underestimate weighted ring exercises.

Co sign 100%. I have always struggled to activate my chest properly in pressing movements. I even got up to a 275 bench with minimal pec development. Under quarantine I figured out RTO ring pushups are the key. Gets my pecs more pumped than anything else. One great tip I haven't noticed many people mention is that if you hang the straps very wide, you get extra pec work done during the peak contraction as the rings are really trying to pull apart. Doing this with the rings elevated a few inches off the ground is pretty much the only chest exercise that works both the stretch as well as the peak contraction.

Ring pushups are definitely my favorite pushup variation. I especially like doing deficit ring pushups, that stretch combined with the ring instability absolutely destroys my chest lol

love this. really gets to that adduction movement, WITH resistance. I saw the video on dumbell presses being superior to standard bench, because of the added rom, but the resistance-curve on the adduction portion of dumbell presses is pretty meh. this takes it to a whole different level.
