Homemade Tofu Kimchi Stew | Healthy Diet Recipe | UFC Velvet Oat Milk
2 Servings

Ingredients
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Chopped Garlic
80 g. Sliced Onion
20 g. Green Leek
2 tsps. Korean Chili Paste
200 g. Kimchi
Chili Powder (As need)
150 ml. Chicken Stock
150 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
300 g. Soft Tofu (Cubed)

Topping
Green Chilies (garnish)
Spring Onions (garnish)

Instructions
1. Pour sesame oil into a pot, add chopped garlic, sliced onion, and green leek. Pan-fry the mixture until fragrant. Then add Korean chili paste, kimchi, chili powder and stir well.
2. Pour chicken stock, UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened and stir well. Keep simmering.
3. Add soft tofu and keep simmering for 3 minutes.
4. Pour kimchi soup in a bowl and garnish with spring onions and green chilies. Ready to serve.
