김치를 라드유에 볶은 후 돼지고기와 물 또는 사골육수를 넣고 새우젓 한스푼과 굵은 고추가루 1스푼, 국간장 3스푼을 넣고 1시간 정도 끓인 후 두부, 다진 마늘을 넣고 10분 정도 끓인 후 대파와 청양고추를 송송 썰어 올려 먹으면 맛있어요. 미원 조금 넣으면 더 맛있어짐

You should brown the pork first, then add onion and mushrooms, will create amazing flavor and needs less oil
