I have finally found one of the Best Loadouts for bugs in Helldivers 2. Let's talk about this insane Meta Loadout for Helldivers 2.

Primary: SG-225 Breaker
Secondary: GP-31 Grenade Pistol
Grenade: G-13 Incendiary Impact
Armor: B-27 Fortified Commando (heavy + extra padding)
Stratagems:
RS-422 Railgun
B-1 Supply Pack
Orbital Railcannon Strike
Eagle Napalm Airstrike
Boosters: Experimental Infusion, Stamina Enhancement, Hellpod Space Optimization, Muscle Enhancement

I got sick from the staleness from this new meta, so I went back to the roots and surprisingly this slaps against the bugs. Railgun is still good against the chargers and behemoth chargers.

Imo its the flamethrower, eagle napalm strike, orbital precision strike shield gen pack, stun grenades, grenade pistol, and for my primary it is also the incidiary breaker, i run medium armor (the default helldiver armor usually)

Play long enough and there is no best load out.

Just ran 4 turrets for 700 kills, game before that I had the Machine Gun and Supply pack. Other games I'm 3 orbital barrages with an orb strike...

Anything works and it all works the same

Orbital gatling can match or outdo Gas strike if you have the ship upgrade for longer barrages imo, cleans out everything in a bug breach save for heavies (and it's also much easier for teammates to notice and not accidentally walk into)

Personally I use other swarm clear stratagems besides the gas strike bc the small bugs that the gas strike mainly takes care of are just as easily killed with the incendiary breaker. I mainly use the orbital air burst for breaches.

Why is Eagle Airstrike preferred when there is Eagle Napalm Strike?

My preferred:
Weapon - JAR-5 Dominator - for the medium size bugs - it does pushback, interrupts spewer spew, and stops stalkers.
Sidearm - grenade gun for nests mostly, but also for fun
Grenades - stun - to stun chargers so you can quickly aim in with the quasar
Stratagems -
Quasar for the big things. not having to call down new ammo / weapons all the time is great
"Guard Dog" Rover for the littler things - it keeps the little bugs off of your back most of the time. Just be careful lol
Orbital Strike - help with titans & chargers
For the forth, try different things.

This load out gives me powerful tools against small, medium and large bugs

my favorite loadout is breaker incendiary, a forget what pistol, 500kg rail cannon railgun and shield backpack

I don't think your loadout is the best, because you'll struggle so much in general. The Spear reload time is far too slow.

The best loadout I've found is.

Eagle Airstrike - Anti-soft & hard targets
Eagle 500kg - Anti-charger, behemoth and bile titans
MLS-4X Commando - Anti-bug holes from afar and mid tier enemy units
Shield generator - Protect you from being pinned down by bugs

Armour: CE-74 Breaker - Gives me two extra stun grenades

Booster: Stamina Enhancement - Increased stamina and stamina regen

Primary: SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary - Anti everything not bile titans.

Secondary: GP-31 Grenade Pistol - Anti-bug holes

Grenades: Stun grenades - Cover your ass

Why am I so confident? Because I've shared a solo full map clear on level 9 for bugs without stimming once and got 786 kills in the process. I haven't seen anyone else try a run like mine to push their build to the max. I'll release a new stimless bug run soon with 950+ bug kills instead.

Best loadout, objectively, is eruptor and heavy machine gun. Use hmg as primary. Put on lowest fire rate and single fire/burst fire it. Even against large swarms. You’ll kill everything in sight. Eruptor for hive guards and bile spewers just to save ammo on hmg. Eruptor is mainly for closing bug holes. Use laser rover. Eagle airstrike and orbital precision for chargers and bile titans. Use twigsnapper heavy armor. Stun grenades. Redeemer sidearm. You’re fuckin welcome. Stop being trash at the game it’s been out too long now.

I don’t know how to use the spear?? I’ve taken it with me on bots and bugs and it never locks onto anything and never lets me shoot it? Am I doing something wrong? Also can you show a video of it taking out the Bile titans? Thanks!

Flamethrower is still a great secondary better than the spear the commando is better than the spear anyway

Incendiary breaker is such a shit weapon. It might kill large swarms of bugs but you’re also hitting your teammates and wasting their stims. Every single game I play when someone is using this gun I’m getting caught on fire constantly.

Meta load out for strategems is eagle strike, guard dog rover, quarsar, and auto cannon sentry. 500+ kills all the time. Thank me later.
