Killer Kettlebell TABATA Workout

It's Tabata time and today we are throwing a kettlebell in the mix. Each tabata circuit has 2 exercises that we will repeat 4 times for a serious burn and some serious sweat! A dumbbell can always be used if you don't have a kettlebell. Just do your best, follow along and have fun!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
4 Kettlebell Tabata circuits 20s work + 10s rest x4 rounds each

I can't understand those who give thumbs down. Seriously? What's wrong with you guys? I have never met a workout better than Heather gives. Believe me I tried hard to find at least something similar but what I found was incomparable :)

Love this! Full body sweat achieved. A year ago this would of exhausted me. But now because of continued effort to do some sort of physical exercise everyday, this feels like an awesome warmup. At 52, I was 205 pounds and my metabolism was shot. By adjusting my diet (low carbs, reduces sugar and more whole foods) I not only lost 45 pounds in 5 months but feel better than ever. And I’m 53 now folks. Living proof that at any age you can start a commitment to yourself to achieve better fitness. Thanks Heather!

Tq Heather ♥️, I did it, today is my one year of fitness journey+diet. I found your channel last month during lockdown 3.0 in my country. Gym was closed more than a month now. After a year, I manage to lose 20kg with body fat 21%. Before this was 70kg with BF around 35+% 😆 and Im not tall (153cm).. My body is more toned than before. Keep inspiring your followers xoxo 💞

I didn't like tabata in the past but now I love them as I have discovered Heather's tabata:) I always like to do tabata when I want to get quick workout and feel my heart rate goes up.
