I have been subscribed for some time now and I have to say, you probably will never know how much joy you’ve brought to your subscribers. Your Amazon renewed series was fresh and fun! Unfortunately for whatever reason, the “algorithm gods” haven’t blessed you as I feel you deserve. Whatever you choose to make next, I’ll be watching.

I feel that pain brother. Getting older is rough. Doing it all alone is rough. But you got this bro. This is a new chapter in the story of Travis. Try and take things a day at a time brother. 🙏🏼

We are all on a journey. My wife always tells me that our role in this life is to support others on their journeys. "Peace and Love, Peace and Love" brother.

Travis, I enjoy these videos and been listening to them when on my walks, though one of them I didn’t get to finish and looks like I won’t be able to. As we get older, we often reflect and have a change in value for life. I tend to look at the positives and what the future could hold. It took me a while to realize that my outlook on life was very much changed when I had open heart surgery in 94. 30 years later, I have enjoyed life, travelled a bunch and remember that my surgery, as scary as it was, bought me more time on this rock hurling through space.
From one internet stranger to another, I wish you the best and will continue to enjoy listening to you while on walks and hikes for as long as you keep wanting to put out your work.

I enjoyed this video because it felt like I was helping a friend process their feelings. People don't need advice, they just need to be heard.

I'm praying for you man, always loved you're channel, it inspired me to start theianwestnetwork and post tech videos. My wife has type 2 diabetes and a hole in the heart so we always go through health scares. You can do it just go at you're own pace. we'll be waiting for your return.

Also I listened to the entire thing, gave me something to think about

Just wanted to say I appreciate you and your openness. Peace and love on your journey. Turned 40 three weeks ago and have struggled with the whole “getting old” thing. Sending all the good vibes your way.

You are so positive and encouraging to those on YT looking to grow, and while it is certainly ok to be in tune with your mortality, be sure to reserve some of that positivity for yourself as well. You may not have checked all the boxes that you would have hoped to check at this point in your life, but try not to shoot a burning arrow at a ship that may not have sailed yet. I can see that you have professional relationships filed with people that care about you and I think your comment section here is a beautiful demonstration that compassion and empathy are not dead in 2024. Physical health battles can rely on positive mental health and a strong will to fight as much as they rely on good physical habits. Prayers for you Travis!

As a type 2 diabetic now for going on 13 years I can totally relate to your sentiments. It was super scary at first and I, just like you have now, had the chance to beat and reverse it and didn’t. Did good for a while but my will power sometimes can be nonexistent. I am a disabled veteran as well so I have countless other conditions but I can’t imagine going through it all without my support system which is my wife and my daughters. I have been following you on youtube for a long time without subscribing but that changes today. I wish you nothing but the best and keep these coming I’m sure they’ll end up helping more than you realize.

What a lovely podcast Travis. I do actually empathise - I was poorly a couple of years ago with cancer and for me the worst bit was the unknown. However now fully recovered and I wish you all the luck in the world with your diagnosis and MRI.

I never listen to podcasts but yours really hooked me in a good way and I thank you sincerely for that. Sending wellness vibes from across the pond x
