Perfect timing, im having this issue right now. But a head up, if your just getting started with a really crappy job, and they ask what you do. Tell them but say "im here looking for better influencers. Its hard to find like minded individuals in my area" which is true for me. But it works most times ive learned.

I love your Advice it's always inspirational. It is so true a lot of people want to start their own business or whatever it is and people sit around wondering how to do it or waiting for people to come to you it doesn't work like that. no one is holding anyone back if you want it bad enough you will figure out how to get it. I am trying to get my small part time business going and it defiantly takes time and energy to try and get it up and running. I am trying to use my skills I already have to help out others that can't and trying to help small businesses that can't afford a full time IT person but just need help setting up printers, networks, etc. or even consulting would be good to on technology and what to do etc. man it's tough working full time and trying to work at little by little.
