I Learned REAL Texas BBQ

We woke up at 3:30am for this video. Worth it? Absolutely. Today we headed to Dallas, Texas where we visited a BBQ spot that's only opened three days a week. They sell out of EVERYTHING, then do it again the following week. Lines form all the way around their building just to get even a small taste of what they've got going on...but we got to try it all.

At this point Manny deserves a Guinness world record for the most times an employee has been fired and still kept his job.

Todd's nod of disapproval at the end cracked me up.
We must protect this man at all costs.

Well, I'm here in São Bernardo do Campo, a city in the state of São Paulo, and I can only promise myself that one day I'll visit Texas just to taste all its bbq
It really feels like an outside world experience

Todd is such a gem aha. "Didn't anyone tell you I was a vegetarian?" Nick is a lucky man to have been given the texas experience from him.

When nick drops that’s when I know I’m staying up an extra few minutes

Every time he tried something, he would say “this might be the best thing I’ve tried” 😂 however, it’s probably all good and the last thing he ate just keeps getting cancelled out because he’s trying something new 😂

I always find it fascinating and awesome how these great chefs can admit that they don’t know everything. They are humble enough to go and see how pro’s do it

When the guy said "didn't I tell you I'm a vegetarian" I almost did a spit take from laughter.

Edit: Dang not sure I have ever had 100 likes before, thanks people.

“It’s usually a problem to leave it in”

Nick: “they have the opposite problem as most people” 🤣🤣🤣

I just took up the art of smoking meats and I can tell you it really does take a lot of passion. Waking up at 2am to start something. Babysitting it for 12 - 20 hours. Using different types of wood for different flavors. Different techniques, etc. But the finished product is always amazing.
