Hutchins BBQ sure is awesome! I haven't tried all the Texas Monthly BBQ places yet, but I try as often as I can to have lunch or dinner at Hutchins!! The service and sides are as good as the BBQ. And it's very nice the McKinney location has a drive thru...for those hit them up on the way home meals. Awesome video!!

Don’t buy a plane ticket. Just buy a smoker. It will be much cheaper and you can eventually be proud of yourself for perfecting a craft. Maybe you are a bbq Pitt master at heart and you just haven’t realized it yet.
