Spaghetti Carbonara 🤤 Easy & Delicious Pasta Dinner!

This spaghetti Carbonara is a must try, it’s super easy to make and takes no time at all! Save this recipe for your next dinner! Buon Appetito Sugar! 👌🏼
Ingredients;
4 eggs (3 yolks, 1 whole)
1 lb Spaghetti
3.5oz Pancetta
3.5oz - Pecorino cheese
1.5 oz - Parmigiano-Reggiano
Cracked pepper
Directions;
Place a large pot of lightly salted water on high to boil.
In a mixing bowl, add your eggs, pecorino and Parmesan. Season with black pepper and salt.
Boil pasta. In a large sauté pan, lightly sauté the pancetta.
Once pasta is done, strain and add the sauté pan with 1 cup reserve spaghetti cooking water. Then add your cheese mixture. Mix well and serve with basil. Buon Appetito 👌🏼
