I prefer no apology from the narcissistic people in my life…. It’s a waste of time and energy, even wondering the why’s and what ifs. Keep track of their patterns. Then you can better prepare yourself for no emotional response. I told two of mine my grandma’s 10th anniversary of her death was today and I was sad. Just to see if I was right. They both took that info and came at me from all sides!

growing up I remember my mother was so mean to me and then she was so nice to her friend neighbors cousins relatives she was so nice me I see being so cruel to me I started praying to God to help me to free me from my parents I will talk to God to help me I swear God is listening to who talks to him when I turn 18 I was in USA free from my parents when I came here I didn’t know who I was and I didn’t know what to do with my self because my mother told me what to do and how in America I was a deer caught in headlights true statement however I have forgiven my parents I don’t hold grudge but I was from one narcissist to another thanks to you sir for breaking it down I would have not figured it out

You are 100% wrong about the long drafted messages!! I wrote them to a narcissist, because I am truly mind blown at how cold hearted a narcissist truly is; so I had to make the massages long in an attempt to get through to a blind idiot. Nothing works with them, because they feel NOTHING, and what’s worse is that they make the none narcissist appear like a narcissist with their mind games (much like you are possibly unintentionally doing with this very video).
