I’m not liking these long workouts. 😢😢😢 I know she says we can leave but I always want to do the bonus circuit 😅😅😅

What a killer workout!!! I finished with one meeting to get ready for my morning zoom meeting 😅 I hope they can’t hear me out of breath 😂

It’s Day #8 of your AMPLIFY Challenge! This workout is all strength and burn! Using kettlebells and optional mini bands, this workout alternates between two different exercises (supersets) in three different rounds. Each round decreases in time, with options to increase or decrease in intensity.

Can't say enough about this workout!!! The Supersets were awesome and using our mini bands at the same time as our kettlebells was amazing!!! I liked this when we did it with our dumbbells, and I doubled my like using the kettlebells!!!

This is about the third time I've done this workout and I love it every time.I love the timing, the pace, the bands being incorporated. This will be one I save and go back to. More of these please!!

More kettlebells please!! Loved this but did want to ping my band across the room a few times as it did annoy me! 🤣 Didn’t have time to do the bonus as I was on my dinner at work but loved the option of leaving early, will have to do the bonus round when I have more time 😊

I LOVED everything about this format! It was fun and CHALLENGING and the length was perfect! I LOVE the supersets with the mini-band and weights and feeling the 🔥🔥also loved the side planks and BONUS MOVE. Thank-u Amy for another INCREDIBLE workout!😅😊

Whew! What a workout! I didn't use the band on the row and press but I did use it for the plank walk out and on the legs. That's what worked best for me and I loved it! Sweaty and feeling great! 🤩
