I couldn't find any personal email address, so I am going to use this comment section.
"What already happened in the past and will happen in the future, ARE constantly and eternally FORMED IN the present".
In other words, the past and the future are the product of the present.
Please read it carefully:

The present moment is creating the past and the future. I know it sounds illogical. But I don't know. The kabbalist is saying that. Not me.
But if you ask me, my personal opinion is that this is true. The present moment is producing what is in the past and in the future. Not causally, of course. But naturally. That is, past and future events do not exist, unless there is a present moment to perceive them.

Reality = That which is.

We actualize potential by dreaming our experience and experiencing our dream.

Potential = Being
Actual = Becoming (actualized)

What appears as separate and opposite is in Reality - Continuum.

Hot and cold are both 'temperature'. Only a difference of degree, not of kind.

Space = Awareness
Time = Experience
Energy = Conversion
Matter = Behaviour

What we experience are the qualities of our perceptions. No qualities = no perceptions.

Being aware of being aware is the alpha and omega.

Waves are what something does, not what something is. Water waves, flags wave, hands wave, etc.

Peripheral attention = wave like.
Focused attention = particle like.

Collapse of wave function = actualization of potential.

Entanglement = Continuum = Whole ever greater than the sum of it's constituents.

Really great video.. hadn't heard of Kabbalah til now.. although I'm familiar with the concepts and this very much resonates with me on an instinctual level. I think I have kabalistic blood in my veins as these lessons seem like some of my perceptions without knowing almost anything about kabala. It would be nice if I could get some time to get into this
