When i restore a dissimilar hardware,i lost some space due to the different spaces of the two computers,what can i do

Acronis just canceled, without notice, my account midway through my pre-paid subscription. They are telling me all my data stored in their "secure" cloud has been DELETED BEYOND RECOVERY. They said "this happens" with their payment processing center which suggests this is an ongoing, random problem that occurs with people's seemingly backed-up data. They are saying it will take up to 30 hours to resolve the software issue to access my locally backed-up data. I have the chat transcript confirming all of this as said by their own tech support. Please spread the word. Don't depend on ACRONIS cloud storage or for immediate access to your local backups. It doesn't matter how many backups you have spread over any number of hard drives. I've found out the hard way, your subscription can be canceled without your interaction or knowledge and you can only restore your files using their software. Apparently, all of your backups, local and otherwise, are only retrievable if you have a current license. I have had automatic renewal and have been using their software for 5 years. Well, I guess should be content, they apologized.
