At the Summit, Jeff Hardy, Acronis Solutions Marketing Manager, caught up with Carlos Rodrigues, Climb’s VP of Sales, to learn more about how the company is focused on helping its partners in 2023 and beyond.
The first example is related to the current talent shortage affecting virtually every company today. Rodrigues explained that many of Climb’s MSP partners and their clients struggle to find technical staff, especially in critical parts of the business, such as technical support. In response to this challenge, Climb recently launched Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for software solutions its partners purchase from the company.

Climb is also completely committed to its partners’ success. The company offers a complete line of sales and marketing services and resources such as lead-generation, co-branded marketing materials, event sponsorships, specialty third-party partnerships and many other valuable services. Unlike other distributors who may charge for these types of services, Climb focuses on helping MSPs win more clients, increase revenues and take their business to the next level.

All of this is so important, especially for smaller MSPs who may need extra support in selling and cybersecurity solutions and services. Climb recognizes that no two MSPs are alike and each one will inevitably fall on a different level of the maturity cycle in terms of their comfort level and adoption of various cybersecurity technologies.
