Lemon Garlic Pasta🍋🧄🍝

Ingredients
5 Garlic cloves
16oz Angel hair pasta
8tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
1 Lemon (2 if it’s not juicy)
Zest of a lemon
2 cups Pasta Water
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a large pinch of salt and uncooked pasta. Next mince garlic cloves.
- In a skillet melt butter, add minced garlic, chili flakes, and lemon pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add cooked pasta, lemon zest, lemon juice, pasta water, and parmesan cheese. Mix till well incorporated. Taste for any additional salt or pepper. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!!
