I know of a minister whose house was set on fire while he and his family were asleep, but God saved their life.  He stayed in the town and built a great church.  I know of missionaries who have been martyred while on the mission field.

We may all have to face martyrdom.

Isn't it interesting how many believers seek first the help of humans before they go to the Lord? You feel sick so you go to the doctor. Then he says what the problem is and you pray about it. You take your medicine and pray that the Lord heals you. How does that go together?
Your life is in danger so you call the police and when they have left the house you pray about it. You didn't trust the Lord to protect you in the first place and you feared for your poor life, forgetting that to die in Jesus is gain. Forgetting that HE is the one who decides when your time has come.
This is a really poor testimony for a true believer. We have to call upon the Lord FIRST. And He will tell us what to do.
"It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans." Psalm 118:8

But last time I checked - in The West - people get to speak their brains, without death threats. What you think of the old guy, doesn't really come into it. You get to have your say, he gets to have his.

Why would a person who loves the Lord God ever cave under a death threat? For God is always with us and there is nothing to fear! Those who don't believe, just have no idea how ludicrous a "death" threat is for a believer! If ever this is true, LOL.. 🤣

You're not changing any minds, and I don't think that's what you're trying to do anyway. Ask yourself why you have so much hatred for something that you so adamantly and militantly dismiss as myth. A good dose of self-examination may lead you to a realization that you have been blinded by hatred.
