How do ypu use that? I can't even do this. It'll.just go straight down my throat. I tried on my son as he needed this and same thing with him, goes straight down his throat.

My dad is a thing where you put it up. Your nose take a Deep breath once the medicine is in your nose. It's not like that, but kinda it's like medicine. It kind of feels like a minty and kind of a painful way, but it does help

Im the inly one who uses several of this and cant use it cause my nose us literally blocked. Thrn the water gets stuck. It hurts my ears and they just leave my nose when im waitering. Dont use this if u have ur nose blocked

For added Comfort ensure that the water is lukewarm the same way you would on your wrist with a baby's milk bottle
Breathe out your nose gently while applying to prevent it from going down your throat.

My daughter and myself have used this with a bad nose infection and completely cured it after three uses
