Mine arrived this morning. Ran it through twice on each head till the paper was relatively clean. Still took 3 print head cleaning cycles to get a good nozzle check but I'm chuffed to bits. Thanks Printer Refresh. Arrived really quickly too. Printer is Epson XP-3105.

I followed this tutorial and it really did fix my printer head. I used warmed up Mrs. Meyers instead of this solution and a syringe with the hole extended from a screw driver. Thank you so much I was almost in tears because I was so frustrated with my printer.

Such a helpful video. Got the kit, followed the instructions to the letter (flushed out one cartridge several times and the others once, ) and hey presto! my printer prints like new. The replacement printer that is sitting in the hall after hubby went ahead and bought a new one without giving me the chance to try clearing the old one, is now going back, saving us over £70. thankyou so much.
