Alas! I got my audacity recording back. The method that solved it for me was reactivating the Windows sound itself and disabling the Realtek, however, there was a loss of sound, but that won't bother me much. Thanks for this video, it gave me room to play around more.

I just found the solution. The last driver update from Realtek does not work. I looked into my CD´s and found the CD that came with my motherboard and looked for the Audio driver. I ran the installation as if it was por WIN vista 64 bits (my system is win 10 64). After booting again it worked. After that I blocked the drivers update and now still working fine. If you look, there are so many versions of the driver that WIN 10 can´t find the right one, some chips does, some chips don´t. So you better annotate the right one for your system from your CD if you have it,  to keep it working fine. Hope it works for all of you.
