Judge Webster handled a two minute hearing with a sovereign citizen in only twelve minutes, something of a record. The defendant was very disappointed: 1) She didn't dismiss the charge with extreme prejudice, 2) He couldn't establish if the hearing was under Admiralty Law with a yo he ho, and 3) He couldn't spend ten minutes reading from the sovereign citizen script every time Judge Webster made any remark.
