Arguing with a judge over small things is a really really bad idea.

I love this guys logic. He thinks his 15 minutes of Googling will outsmart this Judge who probably has decades of legal experience and qualifications 😂😂

These guys have a tremendous ability to turn their own minor infractions into jail time.

Usually the person receiving a contempt of court judgment gets that reduced to next to nothing. Kudos to the judge for sticking to the sentence.

That 15 days cost him more than the ticket ever would!

I love it when somebody that knows very little thinks they know so much.

This is the result of him searching the internet and thinking he showed up with an airtight argument when he really showed up with a shovel

Just when I think I can't possibly see anything dumber, I watch this and stand corrected.

Being in LE for almost 30 years I was in court once and watched a Judge that I know to be very fair but firm give a guy three chances to not interrupt and the guy could not resist his self, and he gave him a 10 day contempt of court charge. Sometimes people just can’t help themselves great video.

Soon as he brought up the " sworn statement / injured party " line, I knew he was a Sov Cit.
Classic behavior 🤣

THIS is how you deal with sovereign citizens.

Thank you. Finally a judge with the guts to do what’s right.👍

"I'm so learned about the law, I'm gonna corner the Judge with my legal knowledge and logic! She'll be stumped and have no choice but to dismiss the case. I'm also the first person to have thought of this since I'm so clever and all. Pretty sure judges have no experience dealing with the likes of me."

He was trying that sovereign citizen defense and the judge knew it wasn't going to fly.

This “who is the victim” is how sovcits usually try to address traffic crime. Blew my mind when Darrell Brooks tried it with multiple murders.

Is this Darrell Brooks brother? They went to the same law school

The judge should have came way down to his level and asked “who’s on 1st”😂
