One court I went to had one of these people and the judge simple
Said “you claim you are not a person of canada?”

“No I am a free man I do not follow the laws of country”

“Okay, officer please get me customs we will be working on deporting him out of Canada by the end of the day, ” the man changed his tone QUICKLY

This is the result when someone who can barely string two words together at the best of times tries to win a legal argument.

I remember thinking this was a great loophole when I was about 14...until I saw someone like this try to use the argument in court and realized how ignorant they seemed. You can't make an argument like this with any sense of shame or situational awareness.
