The part that really stands out to me, is that he got 90 days for swearing at the judge and only five days for domestic violence.

The mother responding to the sister with “that’s the way he his” after his outburst told me everything I needed to know about why he ended up in court that day.

"Who is he to tell me anything?"

Dude he's literally a judge. That's what they do.

The thing that annoys me is that rarely are any of these contempt sentences every enforced.

"Milton staahp". They've been talking to him like that his whole life. Should have had his behind kicked years ago.

Gee, I can't imagine such a nice polite man being guilty of domestic violence!

Sounds like he could have used that year to sit and think about his life choices.

You get more time for disrespecting a judge than potentially beating your wife. American justice..

She kept telling him stop. She should’ve told him to stop when he was five not 25.

You can tell by the way the mom and sister were talking to him that they were total doormats. No wonder that dude has no respect for anything.

"Who is he to tell me anything?"

Umm. He's a judge. That's their whole purpose, dude. You'll see how it works in about 90 days.

If that's his attitude with a judge, how does he treat others?

The way this guy kept piling on his sentence reminded me of the scene in The Breakfast Club where the principal is giving Bender more detention. xD

They said “The judge decided to reduced the sentence to 90” like he’s being nice and doing that guy a favor lol… Contempt of court is 90 day max in Ohio.

The respect that the defendant had from the judge to his mother is so disturbing. Another parent that never used the word no!
