I cannot remember the lady's name, but there is a city prosecutor who has suggested an appeal to these sovereign-cit morons. I don't know if she pursued it, but she was questioning if the court could proceed when the identity of the person was in question. Personally, I f-ing love the idea of keeping in custody or warrants issued when the clown refuses to properly identify in the court hearing. As far as I am concerned, they have failed to show when they pull that BS. Issue a warrant and move on to the next case.
