My ex showed me the door, gave me my stuff, and 4 days later sent a TM for a phone #. A few days later, I ignored him publicly. Following day he sent a TM that he thinks about me every day, and I laid into him by TM and we went back and forth until I called him a couple days later and calmly asked if he wants to chat. He said yes, anytime. He's an avoidant so thats pretty brave. We've done this dance many times before and I told him recently it does no good to break up because we'll only get back together again. I've taken this time to work on me and detach from him. Should be interesting to see what comes out of this. I'm bracing for a solid break if thats what we conclude.

We had a bad breakup. I’m anxious, she’s avoidant. No contact for a month. Met up to swap things. We had a great interaction. 45 min and I cut it off at a high point. She said “I’ll let you know” when I asked her out to coffee as I was leaving. We have a very strong love for eachother. And we both been doing therapy to learn and grow. We always said “I think we’ll find eachother again”. And now I’m thinking that moment was our moment. Where we got a chance to guage eachother and it was fun. Hugs, laughs, high fives. But I do fear she moved on. But even just a few weeks ago during no contact she was unblocking me and blocking me every other day. So clearly I’m on her mind. I wonder if the interaction we had got her thinking. What do yall think?

the first time we agreed on 6 months of no contact and she actually said I'm leaving the door open with you. now we're on the second time.. we kinda said to try again in the future. she didn't say no to anything, everything was a maybe. she kept all my things and we arent blocked on anything and share streaming services

Any advice. My ex broke up with me almost a month ago and he decided to choose himself first because he's tired of our relationship problems that hurt us. He said he wants to guard first his inner peace because at the end of the day he only has himself to fight on his own. And he wants to focus on his goal and review for the board exam. But he said if we are really destined to each other, it is possible we can meet again in the future in unexpected ways. And he said he will not close his heart for me, he just wants us to grow on our own. What does he mean about that? It gives me hope that we can be together again. What am I supposed to do?

Any advice I’ve been married for almost 4 years together 5 1/2. My wife’s brother died four months before our wedding and six months after that her mother moved to a different state. September, of last year she ended up, leaving without telling me to move down to her mother. For days after she left we’ve been in contact almost every day since she came back and visited for a weekend but the last three months we’ve been in touch but then the last month since January 1 it’s been hot and cold the last two weeks since the day before Valentine’s Day, she blocked me and then unblocked me then blocked me then unblocked me but never ever ever responded to me not sure what I can do other than go silent. I’ve been working on myself at the gym seen counselor I’m on medicine every day. I’m bettering myself.

Value ladder is stupid...because while you're watching to check if your person is leveling up and improving, you're not much improving yourself at all and if they have leveled up and you didn't because you're busy future projecting then you'll not be seen as potential with value.
Either we are leveling up together or you're sitting warming the bench.
I have enough onlookers in my life.
