Day 19 and 20 done! Omgosh! I more workout to complete this challenge! I’m so proud of myself! I’ve lost so many inches off my waist and just all over my body! I’m back to a size small to medium! I was a large to X-Large at the beginning

Will definitely be doing the max out challenge next! But first, I’ll try to conquer day 21 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank you for this workout! Your yoga always leaves me feeling like I've worked out and stretched and relaxed all at the same time! I can't believe just one more day left in the challenge! I'm sad to see it go. I've been enjoying filling out my journal. After tomorrow, is it okay to just continue my daily workouts with you as you post them? Or is there some other way to best follow your videos?
