i find that if plaster board is fixed to studding
using expansion foam first let it set then until it goes honeycomb
then the plaster skim will adhere to it then a little sanding needed
jobs a winner
with saying this i bought a council house from the 80s with external pipe work showing
that i sang into plaster board
then applied expansion foam till set overnight hey presto no boxing in
