INGREDIENTS
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
1 1/2 soy sauce
1/4 salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 small bell pepper
1 small onion
3 scallions
1 tsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic

SAUCE
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
cornstarch slurry

1 chicken breast really could become dinner for 4 with just a few more veggies and the rice.
That quick marinade with the baking soda is key. So tender and flavorful.
