Freeze the chicken a few minutes can assist in cutting cubes easier. When all pieces are the same sizes aids in cooking time as well. Loving your recipe. Thank you for sharing. Peace

It's awesome with some veggies in a stir fry. The only thing I do differently is use corn starch instead of flour. Makes the meat super tender.
