thank you! The concept of catching the kick up in the middle instead of aiming for the vertical alignment was a game changer for me. I struggled for so long because I wanted to kick up directly to the sweet spot, and I didn't even know that my window towards under balance was already so wide... game changer.

Pure gold! Thank you very much! I’ve been working on my handstand for 2 years now, but as soon as I leave the safety of the wall, I feel like being on my hands for the very first time and I collapse immediately. Never thought about the hands being my feet now. 😂 this is a game changer! Thanks!

Can you do a video with advice to people (I guess mostly women) with flexible backs? I am having a hard time to keep the form and not crush to a bridge, and most videos I see don’t address this issue

Due to repeated efforts from the fingers to correct the overbalance my wrist and whole hand fatigue after 3-4 proper attempts to try to balance the handstand near wall. I want to practice more but loose the mind-hand connection after 10 minutes of practice

I was trying to conquer a fear of the under balance drill. And pulled off the wall and was about to flip over. I immediately dropped to my elbow and flipped to the side. I feel if I waited half a second longer, I could have cartwheeled out of it. That’s the goal.

Hi i saw many videos. Tbh i really missed this video this video is the master piece.

But i noticed yiur calf muscles are so small compared to your upoer body. I woukd recommend you to work on your calf muscles too 😊
