One of the best handstand training out there. Even though i am not able to do a handstand yet, learning the correct progression helps build my confidence. The focal point was on point for me bruh!

Amazing tips! Finally got my first clean 10s handstand after using these tips and I'm also way more consistent with it. Thank you so much!

I can always kick up to the wall but never progressed from there. I can hold handstandnon wall for over 1 min. I'll work on kicking up and not touching the wall. Great tip! Thank you!

i'm always amazed by how little it seems experts push with their back leg. Looks like you're barely pushing and rotating up with ease. I have to apply some real effort with that push leg to get my pelvis over my shoulders. I think my closed shoulders may be contributing.

Great tip to use the box. I'm just getting to this stage but that looks like a good intermediate step. Hopefully it's enough to get over that bit of fear you mentioned.

Another way to over come fear is practice the bail out. Get comfortable bailing out. In most cases that would be the pirouette

Great video man keep up the good work❤. Btw if i have a sloppy 5 seconds handstand and if i try to make it into a straight line i end up having a "not bad" kind of line but i can hold it for only 2 to 3 seconds. What should i be working on

What are your thoughts on kicking up and holding legs in a scissors shape, gaining balance and after that closing the legs ?

Hi, very informative Video, Thank you!
Is putting the head down on the ground before the kickup makes it more difficult or easier for a beginner? or it doesn't matter it's all based on mobility and strength?

Paul, just a short one please: I couldn’t find in your videos how to position the shoulders when kicking up. I mean, protracted of course but inward rotation or externally rotating?

How do I stop my shoulders from moving forward when I kick up

When I balance freestanding and over balance i tend to 'planche' forwards to correct it and sometimes it works but sometimes I just get stuck. How do you strengthen that fully flexed shoulder position to bring it back

I can do it against the wall but I can’t find the balance when I kick up, for like a year now I just lose balance and cartwheel out of position, either overshoot or undershoot😢😢 What can I do man😢

My handstand currently looks like 3:15. I have big hips & bum & can get some lift off but not high enough with hips yet

What about if my focal point is always forwards when i kick up (it somehow feels more secure) although when i press my focal point is between the hands

Thanks for the video. When i kick up, i go in banana shape, i dont know how to correct it please? When i'm the face against the wall it's ok.

Should you rotate your elbows sideways?

What the width of the hands when doing an handstand if flexibility is an issue. I am extremely stiff.
