Xact Hacks | Labor Minimums

This week's Xact Hacks video is all about labor minimums! Formerly known as Base Service Charges, Labor Minimums have been a sensitive subject between contractors and adjusters. Unfortunately, with the way Xactimate is currently designed, there is no way to add a F9 note to a auto-triggered labor minimum that shows up at the end of the estimate. This leads to a lot of confusion and questions from whoever is reviewing an estimate as it is unclear if the labor minimum is warranted or not.
