Thank you for this video. I did not know you could change the "trade" of the associated labor minimum, I only knew about the checkmark to apply it or not. As a contractor, I will be more specific in the detailing of labor minimums and grouping them, while adding notations denoting that. I think perhaps leaving a notation, to keep with this example, that there is one painter specialist and one sheetrock specialist (out together as a team from the same sub) and grouping the ins with the dry and the general labor with the painter would improve my estimates in the future, while also helping the desk adjuster handling the supplement.

I’ve watched many of these videos, talking about drywall patch on a ceiling, and I don’t understand why the insurance is only paying to paint one coat when the industry standard is to paint two coats. That drywall repair will show through one coat of paint. How is that indemnification?
