This week I learned how to make Japanese sponge cake. I was so excited to bake something and this recipe turned out so delicious! I hope you make some as well! :D Thank you for Watching! Please Like, share, and subscribe :) Ingredient List below!

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 Tsp cream of Tar Tar
7 egg yolk & 1 whole egg
7 egg whites
Milk- 1/3 cup + 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour- 3/4 cup
Butter- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Sugar- 1/2 cup

For the water bath- I used about 700 mL of water.

Tips:

Make sure you don’t over mix the egg whites- your cake will become soggy.

I started this channel because I absolutely love cooking, baking, and DIY projects. I find these activities to be very therapeutic.
