4 eggs
40ml corn oil
40ml of milk
40g cake flour
40g sugar

Thank you your recipe is awesome want to try it but was asking when you say add 1/3 of egg whit to the egg yolk does it mean I have to reserve the egg yolks before mixing all to the cake mixture?

Alles gut und schön aber ich habe ihn gemacht und er war extrem lecker 😋
Aber meiner war nicht so schön glatt oben wie dieser da am Schluss wenn er eingerollt war !
Wie geht das ? Bei mir war er nicht so schön braun und auch nicht so schön glatt 😢😢😢😢
