I took this workshop a couple of months ago, and can honestly say that the Pose running method has completely changed how I run for the better. I'm now faster, more efficient, more comfortable, and honestly had no clue that my form during running was something that could be improved on. Really beneficial, and the seminar provided a ton of great tools to use on other people to help them not hate running as much! ;)

I feel like there is such much more to running than people are aware of.

Never seen anyone run with a locked knee. That would be very weird.

Unless you can fly, wouldn't the amount of time your feet spend on the ground be the same over a certain distance, regardless of the length of your stride?
