I’ve listened to his TED Talk a long time ago and some of it did resonate. But hearing this whole interview on their website really made things very clear for me. Tony Hsieh is a brilliant leader. I think there are generally two schools of leadership thought: company-focused and employee-focused. Warren Bennis vs Jack Welch. Welch might make one person rich. Bennis will enrich everyone involved.

Leadership IS a skill. But it's based on empathy. If you're self-centered, I don't hold out a lot of hope that you'll ever be a great leader, regardless of how much training you receive.

When u use a mac your definitely in a different position than when your using a dell. I believe you should provide your employees with a good position relatively which will create a bit of more isolation and focus on what they are and you are doing and thus higher quality
