Crunchy Korean pickled radish! Easy recipe, ready in a few hours :). I only used 1/4 of a Korean radish which I got from a Korean market! The more you marinade the radish, the better it tastes 😋 can last for a week although you'll want to finish it in a few days!

Recipe!
1/3 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup water
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt

Oh TJ I should have said in my last comment about pickled eggs.
I have been very recently putting radish in pickle juice as well. But you know what I have found really awesome is the brine from pickled onions. Wow. If you have any Korean friends let them know... they're probably look at you like this girl is crazy but
Oh yummy girl seriously! I used to buy pickled radish from the Asian grocery but the packages contained aspartame and Phenalinine...oh yuck!
My friend just told me last night in fact to dry out the radish first with salt for a day or 2 then rinse then add to brine.
Seems like work, ha ha.
